This battery comes with acid kit and assembly instructions and installation , as follows :
a) Make sure that the battery is resting on a flat surface.
b ) Remove the bottles containing acid from the plastic bag and uncork the bottles taking care to keep the band sealer , to be used later to plug the battery.
CAUTION: DO NOT TEAR OR DRILL POINTS OF SEALED BOTTLES
c ) Turn the bottles containing acid by matching perfectly the six points sealed with the holes in the battery. Press lightly on the vials to open sealed the points .
d ) Ensure that there is an ascent of air bubbles by one or more holes to fill.
CAUTION: DO NOT BEND THE BOTTLES CONTAINING ACID AS THE OPERATION OF FILLING may stop
e) In case there is no rising air bubbles to fill any of the six holes to gently tap the bottom of the bottles for easy emptying .
f ) Make sure that the bottles are completely emptied and tap the bottom of the bottles in case it was still on the bottom of the same acid .
g ) Drain off the acid for 60 minutes for batteries up to 18 AH batteries and 2 hours for more than 18 AH .
h ) Charge the battery for 6 hours and after leaving it sit for about 1 hour with the seal crimp band supplied proceeding in this way : Place the crimp band ( band sealing of the bottles of acid ) into the holes in the filling and press vertical direction with both hands , keeping the clamp in a horizontal direction.
CAUTION: This type of closure does not have to be removed to avoid compromising the battery grip .
Load / Reload : 1/10 of the rated capacity (Ah) linear battery charger with constant current .
Example of Loading: load a 10 Ah battery with a value of 1 Ah , or one tenth of the nominal capacity .
CAUTION: Do not charge the battery with a " maintenance charger " but only use the product described above.
